Delete your CardComps account

CardComps by XEPATOP

In the app

1. Open CardComps and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account and data.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email dev@xepatop.comfrom the address you signed up with, subject “Delete my CardComps account”. I'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in email
• Your synced collection, favourites, price alerts and collection value history
• Backed-up card photos, if you turned backup on
• Push notification tokens

What is kept

• Scans you reported as wrong. They are stored for fixing recognition errors without your account or email, so they can't be traced back to you.
• Purchase records that Google Play and I must keep for tax and accounting law, for the period that law requires.
• The collection stored on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
